Rich came out on time to the winery. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the construction of the pergola. Rich took the time to walk me through the process step by step. I hired QPC to re-finish and paint a complicated deck at my home recently. I have used many contractors and painters in my life. If your deck is in need of some serious deck love, Rich Becerra is your guy! He gave our old beat-up deck some serious attention and it looks amazing now. It's not often these days, sadly very rare in fact, that you find a tradesman (never mind a company owner) who cares about his work like Rich. He explained everything he thought should be done, and gave us all kinds of options, but didn't push anything on us.
