About the Owner: Rich Becerra, Founder & Lead Craftsman
Rich began his career in 1986 as a painter’s helper, quickly developing a passion for precision, durability, and client satisfaction. After earning his CSLB C-33 license in 2001, he founded Becerra Paint & Design, a boutique decorating firm known for its attention to detail and personalized service. As demand grew for high-quality exterior woodwork, Rich expanded into Quality Paint Contractor and later launched QPC DECK Restoration Pros in 2016 to specialize in deck restoration and wood preservation across Napa, Sonoma, and Marin Counties.
With over 35 years of hands-on experience, Rich leads every project with integrity, craftsmanship, and a deep respect for the trade. His methodical approach, commitment to quality, and clear communication have earned him a loyal client base and a reputation as one of the region’s most trusted restoration professionals.
